10 July 2006 It's late and I'm tired, so no carfessional. Instead, here's a post about old friends and the bird's-eye view... Today, we headed out to West Lafayette, Indiana to visit one of my oldest friends Chris Messineo. Chris recently graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Here's a really old picture of us in high school. These days, he's the project leader for Purdue University's IEEE Unmanned Autonomous Vehicle:  See. Dom and I got a chance to check out the UAV, and you can see pictures of it in the album. Chris even snapped a picture of our traveling livestock companions from the UAV's on-board camera while the UAV was in flight.
